  8. Cancellation: We understand that things can change and you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment. In order to provide the best service to all of our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation with more than 48 hour notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please provide us with at least 48 hour notice. This will allow us to offer the appointment slot to another customer who may be waiting for a booking.
  • Cancellation with less than 48 hour notice: If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hour notice, you will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the appointment.
  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any prior notice, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data
